Login Credentials - This is the email and password you used when you bought your first package of lessons.

Rescheduling A Lesson - When you are in your account viewing your dashboard, all booked lessons will show under the My Bookings tab. Scroll all the way to the right of your listed bookings to find 3 ellipses by each appointment. Click the (...) of the appointment you wish to change and a reschedule button will appear.. Follow the prompts in the pop up box to reschedule the lesson.

• Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. If you are trying to reschedule within 12 hours it is considered a late cancellation and the full amount of the lesson is charged.

Booking More Lessons - When you are in your account viewing your dashboard, click Book Now on the menu located on the left of the screen. Click Launch and walk through the instant booking platform. Make sure you are logged in so the system will allow you to book using your same account.

Rebooking a Lesson Credit - If your instructor has canceled a lesson and you need to rebook; simply log into your client portal and click Book Now on the menu located on the left of your dashboard screen. Click Launch and walk through the instant booking platform. Select the type of lesson you previously purchased, enter the location and click search. The lesson credit will show when the software prompts you to choose a swim lesson package. Select the credit and book a new lesson.

 

Updating Billing Info - If you need to update your payment card, once you login to your dashboard, click on My Profile in the menu located on the left side of the screen. Then select Billing Info.
