**Sea Love Swim does not pro-rate cost if one swimmer cannot make the multi-child lesson. Rather the lesson can continue on without that swimmer or the entire lesson can be cancelled and rebooked as long as it is 12 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
Policies
Cancelation Policy: We offer flexible cancelation for our swimmers through their user account.
Once registered, log into your account and cancel lessons at no charge, up to 12 hours prior to your lesson. Your account will automatically be credited back the lesson and you can reschedule at your convenience. Cancelations within the 12 hours prior to your appointment will result in a full charge.
Weather Policy: We know weather can be unpredictable. Cancel your lesson up to 12 hours prior and automatically be credited back the lesson to reschedule at your convenience. If you do not cancel 12 hours prior for weather, it is up to the discretion of your instructor that day to cancel the lesson. You will not be charged if your instructor decides to cancel lessons for that day based on weather. Should your instructor not cancel and arrive for a lesson that it is cut short from lightening or thunder, you will be charged for the lesson.
